I had the pleasure to work with Lew on a complete renovation of a historic house. Most people, even those who appreciate historic architecture and urban neighborhoods, would have turned away from the undertaking. Partnering with a multitude of companies and agencies, Lew rescued a forgotten house into a beautiful, smartly designed, efficient multi-unit house. What impressed me most was Lew's consistent focus on detail while managing the entire restoration process. From permits to the construction crews, Lew worked all parties to realize his vision. Through his skills and expertise, he transformed an eye sore to an asset.
