My Responsibilities and duties at Pluscom include: 1. Setting technical direction: E.g., technical product strategy, product line architecture, key features & specs, … (And working closely with other top management to flesh out overall company strategy & tactics.) 2. Making major technical decisions (with input): Selecting core technologies & components, picking platforms. 3. Setting standards & processes - like coding standards & processes, including testing, packaging, etc. 4. Writing very key sections of code - e.g., proprietary algorithms/heuristics that the company is based on. 5. Participating in design reviews at critical stages of projects - particularly the early, architectural stages. SUMMERY I work collaboratively with the design and account teams to build client sites and applications. Clearly communicate technical challenges to those with less technical knowledge in service of a great end product. Build, test, and deploy feature additions for existing Drupal/Wordpress/Joomla/Craft/Prestashop/Wagtail/Laravel/React sites with a strong eye for detail, test performance, and cross-browser compliance.
