      During my time as president, I enjoyed creating collaborative events such as our Drink, Drag and Draw, which featured the university's Art Society and members of the local drag scene. It was a great hands-on way of developing my leadership and communication skills, both by managing my fellow committee members and by working with others around the university. I was very proud to have participated in a panel discussion, hosted by the Staff Pride Network at the university, about Section 28's legacy and school life for trans kids now. Show less
