  Levi has been involved with several municipal projects funded by the Wyoming Water Development Commission (WWDC) including the Moorcroft Madison Well Pipeline Level III Project, the Kaycee Well and Storage Level II Study, the Worland Wells Flow Test, the Bighorn Regional Groundwater Level II Study, the Glenrock Level II Tank and Water Supply Project, Lander Level II Paleozoic Well, the Beulah Level I Water Supply Study, the Moorcroft Level II Water Supply Study, the Dayton Level II Water Supply Study, the Lander Paleozoic Aquifer Well Siting Study, the Glenrock Level III project, Star Valley Level I Master Plan, Star Valley Ranch Level II, Clearmont Level I, Douglas Level II, Lander Level II Well Deepening, Moorcroft Level III, and the Chugwater Level III. Duties associated with these projects include evaluation of existing wells, geologic literature research, field mapping, cross-section development, projection of anticipated well depths, water level data collection, plotting of data, well drilling and construction oversight, lithologic log preparation, geophysical log interpretation, aquifer testing and monitoring, pump test oversight, water quality sampling, report preparation, and project meetings and management. Duties also include GIS data base creation and cartographic design work as well as data compellation for presentation. Levi has assisted with the completion of numerous well siting studies and provided well drilling and construction oversight for private developments and domestic water wells, many of which are completed in the Paleozoic aquifers. Levi has provided geologic, lithologic, and geophysical interpretation for several wells in the Newcastle area including three highly prolific Madison Limestone wells.Levi has extensive experience with performing surface and groundwater rights research and preparing Plats of Beneficial Use for the Wyoming State Engineer’s Office.
