Starting in the spring of 2021 I decided to start pursuing my passion for cooking. I registered for a few online classes in the spring of 2021 while I was finishing up the renovation of a farmhouse. With a background in residential building construction, I decided to renovate an old farmhouse. With funding, I did a complete renovation on a 100-year-old farmhouse. During this year-long project, I learned the true fundamentals of construction, framing carpentry, plumbing electrical, drywall, flooring, painting, kitchen installation, decking, and more. Thought out this project I learned how to be self-reliant, how to complete research, and solve problems.
