I had the opportunity to work with Levi Erickson for over 2,5 years while I was the Director of Food and Beverage at the Jekyll Island Club Resort. Levi worked in different areas of the department, which included the beverage department, in room dining, banquets, seasonal pool operations, all of the restaurants between the two resorts, which includes the Grand Dining Room( (AAA Four Diamond award). Levi was always assisting management. He is dedicated, promotes team work, adapts well to change and always making sure that the guests experience is exceeded. I am proud of Levi and glad to see him grow and develop in the hospitality industry.
