Establish an Excel Database for the Non-conforming Material reject by Incoming Control and Production line. • Participate in LSS’s Lean Project, conducting the project with great supervision and management skills to achieve the project with less waste in terms of cost to achieve greatest project’s value.

Incorporated in 1985, LB Aluminium Berhad is today the largest supplier of aluminium extrusion in Malaysia and one of the largest aluminium extrusion manufacturers in South-East Asia. In 2016, I was pleased to participate internship programme offered by LB Aluminium Berhad starting on 1st of June 2016. Position of intern is conduct analysis and testing on equipment and machine. Conduct DPS(Die Performance Study) onto the product to analyse how does the defects on mould affect the quality of the product and generate a solution to solve the problem. Observe and record the product quality to carry out analytical process. Moreover, internship programme in LB Aluminium Berhad enable me to establish a clear and better understanding on how does production line works in manufacturing industry as well as learning how to achieve the objectives such as ensuring the quality requirement of the products. In conclusion, internship programme enable me to establish a better understanding on extrusion process and other such as Anodizing process. Moreover, It help me to have a clear mind set on how does the production line working and the rules that need to be follow in order to achieve the vision and mission.
