Me and Girish worked together for 2 years in Honeywell. He was instrumental in helping me learn the trade, as i was from a different product background. In the two years we collaborated, I have never seen him say a no to any customer, nor has he lost any order for the sales team. He is one guy who you can be assured would have your back in business and esp for the sales guys, they can take a leap of faith , because Girish could sort things out for them. Be it GM, or the product pricing, or the go to schemes for the market, this guy knew that like the back of his hand, and during his tenure we even saw the highest ever sales for the Honeywell performance series camera's. I am happy to refer Girish, as I have personally witnessed the caliber and the potential he posse and also that he would for sure be an asset for the organization he joins, irrespective of the role, he would be able to contribute in multiple ways to the organization.
