Assists customer with getting their services fixed cable, internet and phone. I was one of the first round of people that was placed on what we call the SCS project for Brighthouse when spectrum/ charter communication purchased. We handle master acct. I've also helped with the new hire class which is called IFT. We stay with them for about 3 months to make sure they are prepared for the call floor.
