  As an instructor for Audaces CAD software’s which are used for creation and development of products for the textile industry, I was responsible for identifying needs of the customers and develop an action list in order to help solve their problems and increase performance. Also for the new customers I was assigned to spend two to three days onsite to teach and provide instructions on how to operate the systems.
