I managed Leticia during her internship with the LSBU Employability team from September - November 2019. As a team we have been particularly impressed by her pro-active nature - Leticia has always been quick to offer help to others when she had finished a task or put forward suggestions for improving areas or processes. It was also useful to have her input and perspective on ideas and projects, as a recent student. Leticia has also strong communication, administrative, and organisational skills, always keeping us up to date with the progress of any projects she was working on and providing clear communication to any students or staff she was dealing with. Thank you for everything Leticia, we will miss you!

Leticia joined LSBU Careers Hub on an eight week internship and during her time she has been an incredible asset to the team which has resulted in an extension on her contract. She is articulate, reliable and gets tasks completed to the highest level without the need for supervision. She has excellent written and verbal communication skills. What I've really enjoyed about working with Leticia is knowing that whatever task is assigned to her, it will get completed on time, to the highest level and she provides regular updates, this is an outstanding skill which instantly made her stand out from the other interns. I would have no hesitation in recommending Leticia for any job.
