Run three pilots with over 30 Denver restaurants focused on reducing the amount of food going to waste in the kitchen and front of the house, facilitating the donation of surplus food and composting. Work with Food Safety Investigators Division on engaging restaurants to reduce the amount of food wasted during the course of routine inspection.
