  Monitor and control the service flow and ensure that food is prepared and served as per the standard to 400 plus guests during weekends. Attend Food and beverage briefing, monthly meetings and department meetings. Conduct appraisal, Interview staff and recommend the right candidate to the F&B manager. Maintain Control on operational stocks and requisitions as and when requested, conduct inventory of items and maintain appropriate control of the same. Handle guest complains and review guest feedback or mystery shoppers results and implement corrective action to ensure maximum guest satisfaction. Implement, maintain and control LQA/HACCP standard. Strengthen guest relationship and increase guest loyalty through various loyalty programs. Implement promotions and achieve set budget targets. Play a major role in managing, setup & service for banquet function like Dubai Desert Classic, Dubai World cup (Horse Racing),Gulf News Fun Drive and Dubai Autodrome or whenever required.
