  Added to the roles of Senior Chemical Technician including new hire training. Restructured filing system and retain system for higher efficiency and ease of new hires. Designed a completed portfolio of all ink formulations, data sheets, and cross references for marketing and sales. Designed and implemented procedure and sheet to calculate the standard cost for a particular formulation for a particular configuration. Took on the responsibility of testing a new line of printers and the design of the new fluid formulations for this new line of printer. Excelled at the role of back up substrate printing and became the primary for all substrate testing of the Continuous Ink Jet (CIJ) printers. Accepted the responsibility of backup regulatory personnel. Combined coordination of inventory levels and expiration dates to take on the role of making sure that the UN box testing was completed. Coordinated with the Inventory Planner to organize, manage, and implement the release of our hand sanitizer line. Holding down part of the role previously held by the Production Manager while his replacement is getting trained. Primary procurement personnel in the lab and also assist Inventory Manager in finding needed materials whether it be for ink formulation, packaging material, or hand sanitizer business. Still maintaining back up for Quality Control personal, formulation for Research and Development, and backup for parts of production.
