  Initially my responsibilities were to publish the township's newsletter in house and all Board of Trustee correspondences. The township was experiencing record growth and development concerns were overwhelming existing staff; this steered me toward assisting with the administration of the Zoning Department. I initiated the computer updating needed for permitting and record recall efficiency; prepared official Minutes of Trustee and Zoning public meetings in accordance with pubic record legal guidelines; handled record requests from members of the media and general public.   Oversaw all planning and development during this township's record residential growth spurt. Reviewed all new subdivision plans, and, mandated compliance of approved plans during the construction process. Worked out bike path and park location connectivity and enforced the land use plan that created a blueprint for a functional self-sustaining community. Authored an update to the comprehensive plan and helped revise zoning regulations as rural and planned neighborhoods went through transition and needs changed. Show less
