In addition, I coordinate and administere annual 360 degree employee evaluation process. Prior to 2013, I managed all aspects of the accounting function utilizing QuickBooks, including payables, receivables, payroll and tax reporting. Responsibilities included: - Cost out jobs for CEO review and approval - Prepare all invoices for customers - Facilitate sales tax reporting under Washington’s destination based sales tax structure - Track sales staff commission - Prepare weekly aging accounts receivable reports - Manage organization’s cash flow - Ensure that all reasonable discounts are taken on accounts payable - Monthly Bank Reconciliations - Manage insurance contracts, - Facilitate employee evaluations - Review contracts - Calculate financial and operating metrics - Manage the production of the annual budget and forecasts - Process bi-monthly payroll - Administer employee benefits - Employee recruiting - Maintain an orderly accounting filing system - Recommend benchmarks against which to measure the performance of company operations - Provide financial analyses as needed, in particular for capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations Originally hired to update processes from manual tracking via hand written reports to utilizing electronic templates and documentation.
