  I have started working with Diversified Financial Services, a great company that is 12 years old, with an A+ rating with the BBB and NO complaints, which is huge. What we are is a brokerage for mortgage lending on new loans and refinances. What we do different than ANY OTHER mortgage brokerage is HELP THE CUSTOMER SAVE MONEY, BE HONEST, and PROVIDE SERVICE that is incomparable. How do we do that? Think of it like shopping at Costco for a nice shirt versus shopping at Nordstrom for the same nice shirt. One is being sold at a discount because of the negotiated price to sell. The other shirt is marked up sometimes more than 400% for retail sale. Diversified Financial Services is like Costco: we negotiate to get better rates and we give you 100% of all monies the lender pays us so there is absolutely no conflict of interest or benefit to us giving you anything but the best mortgage loan available. How are we different than other mortgage brokers? Many times when we talk with customers we hear how they are quoted a much higher rate with the promise of “lower or no” closing costs. DON’T BE FOOLED! This tactic is for the loan officer and banks benefit that is why they are willing to pay money for the higher rate. As an example a mortgage in the amount of $200,000 on a 30 year term will pay AN ADDITIONAL $26,241.00 for a rate ½ point or .50% higher than the market rate (4.00% vs. 4.50%). The bank makes an additional 26,000 for paying $3,000.00 in closing costs and the loan officer takes a large payday, IT ISN’T RIGHT! Please call 801-562-4496! and please refer your friends!
