When I try to summarize what I have observed, appreciated, and learned from Leslie during the six years we have worked together at SOC Telemed, it comes down to three things: 1. Deep understanding of the challenges faced by both patients and clinicians - If it is safety, privacy, or expediency of care delivery, Leslie was always patient-focused and served as example to others in what patient-centered care means. Her ability to lead physicians and other healthcare professionals through requirement gatherings, feature discussions, and other presentations was paramount to our success in building a robust telemedicine platform. 2. Product leadership - Leslie has a strong product management ability including tireless urge to clarify problem statements, articulate clear action plans, and ability to lead engineering reviews and deployment efforts. She stands for her principles and beliefs in what a quality product means and takes those ideas from cradle to grave successfully. 3. Exemplar compassion and collaborative spirit - Leslie is an excellent team member who offers help and advice to others even at times when it is not easy. She takes the extra steps needed to make sure everyone in her team succeeds and no one is left behind. It was always fun and entertaining to work with Leslie and I’ll miss the many laughs we had together. I recommend Leslie to anyone seeking product, project, or program.

Leslie has been the product manager and the product owner of the physician workflow and the physicians' clinical documentation product for 6 years in my team. Because of her RN background, she has a very thorough understanding of how the physicians work, what do they like, and what will it take to get their agreement to a proposed change. I have always relied on Leslie's innate intuition on screen designs and workflow reorganizations in clinical matters because of her insightful observations. Leslie is a self-starter and knows what to do to get projects accomplished, and doesn't need supervision. She has an extra-ordinary capability, that I think is unparalleled in my experience, in controlling large requirement gathering meetings with a lot of physicians with very strong divergent opinions - she knows how to control the physicians, how to keep them focused on the topics at hand, and how to extract agreements from them. All the physicians loved her style. She will be very successful in any products team that needs to deal with anything clinical and clinicians/physicians and complex workflow
