The Social and Environmental Health Program is in the Institute for Social Research. It is an interdisciplinary research program focused on the intersections between social and environmental context and their impacts on population health and health inequalities. I am in the start-up and design phase of a complex research project that will use real-world and lab settings to collect data on acute and chronic work-related stress from 500 workers across occupational classes. My current responsibilities are preparing our Institutional Review Board (IRB) application, consulting with the PI, CO-PIs, and Data Project Manager, to prepare the study and protocol design. I vendor manage, communicate project updates, and collaborate with other departments to create the study's website and data management site. Additionally, I oversee three research assistants in the survey and data design and recruitment research for the project. Show less
