Our division offers a variety of non-credit programs as well, such as Phlebotomy, Medical Transcription and Pharmacy Technician. I supervised teams of 20-30 UAW employees on a variety of steering column production lines and was responsible for safety, quality, delivery, cost and morale. I was also a member of a Product Quality Improvement team that implemented cost savings initiatives, saving the plant thousands of dollars. My work in implementing a plantwide scoreboard initiative helped the plant earn a corporate wide Silver Scoreboard award.
