My responsibilities are to ensure that the store is always ready for customers. We make our sauces fresh to ensure quality taste. We decide how much food to prep for the following business day and what our needs will be for the remainder of the shift. As a supervisor I am relied on to train the new baristas that are not certified. It is my job to make sure that everything on the shift runs smoothly and if any problems do arise I will use my decision making skills to solve them.
