Outreach Athletic Trainer for Memorial Hermann Sports Medicine within the Sugarland area. Members of the Outreach Team serve as a resource by answering questions and streamlining access to Memorial Hermann-affiliated physicians and physical therapists. Provide coverage for home contests and practice on a schedule determined by athletic trainer and athletic director for Middle School and High School sports program. Provide prevention, evaluation, and rehabilitation of athletic injuries. Provide immediate care of athletic injuries and referral to medical facilities when necessary. Design and supervise rehabilitation programs for athletic injuries under the direction on physician.
