We used Old Carolina for our wedding in October of 2015, and I cannot say enough AMAZING things about Leslianne. I admit that I am super type A and concerned with details, but she GOT IT. She was incredibly organized and a great communicator, in addition to being a warm, bubbly, and welcoming spirit. From our initial tasting, to the day of our event, she was there alongside us asking us all the necessary questions and helping map things out start to finish. We also had a little surprise with the weather for our wedding - we had planned an all outdoor gathering (ceremony + reception), but it rained ALL DAY. Needless to say, I was on the phone with Leslianne the night before and she was the first person to calm me down and help us "go with the flow" as we completely rerouted our plans indoors. The morning of the wedding, she was there first-thing checking in and assuring me everything was going to be perfect. And it was! Our guests raved - not only about the food (Old Carolina is AMAZING!) but also about the service. I feel like I have Leslianne to thank for that!
