HR Manager
-
Apr 2001 - Nov 2005
I had the pleasure of working closely with some very special people in this role as the Senior Management Team were both dedicated and passionate about their work. Reporting to Ian Chree and Allan Stirling and working closely with Brian Totty, Sheila Young, Allan Clark, Jackie Allan and Lucy McLean with additional group contacts throughout the Food Partners Network. Although in an HR role, as part of the Team I was involved in many other projects and aspects of the business which provided some excellent learning opportunities. A short shelf life product sometimes meant for extremely tight deadlines and things did not always go to plan but the Team always found a way - I miss the camaraderie of this special Team and the array of personalities within the workforce.
