In 2011selected as one of Reed's top 50 consultants (out of 2500) to deal with senior roles ranging from £50k to £250k across multi specialisms. In March 2007 moved to a new branch to set up Reed HR for the Northern Home Counties, built business in the area from scratch. I successfully recruited HR professionals for temporary, contract & permanent assignments from HR Administrators to HR Directors, across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire & Buckinghamshire. Set up recruitment processes & systems to allow for efficient working, job taken forms, candidate registration forms Interviews to arrange checklists, interview briefings & guidelines etc. Consulted with Managers filling new HR posts on compiling job descriptions & what to look for in filling "Greenfield roles" Made recruiting managers & candidates aware of market trends, candidate shortages etc which need to influence their decision making. Coach candidates at all levels in CV preparation.

The Accountancy division supplied Qualified & non-qualified finance staff on an Interim basis frequently at short notice. Working as one of two temporaries consultants covering a broad geographical area. The role as temps consultant which included pay & charge negotiation, understanding pay & conditions, how the systems ran bookings & timesheets, moving managers onto ontime facility from fax timesheets. Ensured I build a candidate pipeline in order to fill urgent requirements. Recruited a new trainee consultant, competency interviewing possible candidates for the post.
