  I work as a supportive housing officer Supporting Eldery Tenants to remain as indenpendent as possible. and to have a pleasent enviroment in which to live. I encourage Tenants to partcipate in Social activities in the schemes and within the community. We Liase with other agencies to enable care Packages and other support to be available to Tenants To help them stay Independent. Support plans are reviewed every 6 months or erarlier if needed.
