Lesley’s role as Audit Partner sees her specialising in solicitors, charities, and owner managed businesses, whilst also heading the payroll department. Additionally, Lesley is responsible for Clough's recruitment and graduate training programme, where she mentors trainees through their accounting and technical qualifications. She is a member of Forward Ladies and the ICAEW audit faculty. Lesley qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1988 with a national firm and joined Clough & Company in 1990. She became Audit Partner in 2002. Lesley lives in Wakefield with her two teenage children and spends her spare time by the side of swimming pools watching her daughter play water polo, by the side of football pitches watching her son play junior football and is a life-long Leeds United supporter.
