I'm delighted to share that I will be project managing the strategic growth plan for Weapons Down Gloves Up (WDGU). A Community Interest Company (CIC), WDGU is a unique initiative offering young people employment pathways through its collaborative partnerships with employers within the Civil Engineering, Construction, Hospitality, Retail and Leisure Sectors. The WDGU model incorporates Sport, Education and Mental Health Support to youngsters who would ordinarily be at risk of social exclusion and disengagement offering an alternative to Gang Culture and a life misspent.
