  I have delivered Health and Social Care training to 560 staff placed in 6 Abbeyfield kent homes including mandatory training to QCF standards and knowledge based training, for an example Customer Service, Sensory, Pressure Care Awareness,Equality and Diversity,Mental Capacity to name just a few. I am currently supporting staff to complete individual Care Certificate and have been a mentor to my companies Academy.To deliver training I have written and developed courses for delivery, in all mandatory subjects inline with current standards and Legislation.
