Planned and coordinated a final dinner at the end of each semester where students were able to reflect on the experiences. Facilitated reflective sessions for students to prepare themselves for going home, however also tried to bring together what they had explored, learnt and built over the course of their stay in South Africa and how this could have be used in enhancing further growth in other areas.
