      As a small company we rely on everyone being involved in all aspects of the business. I chose to take on this role on a leave relief basis in order to gain more experience in the world of management. I will be in charge of the whole operation from landslide to airside, check in to the ramp. My role as an operations agent is far more challenging as I have to control many different computer systems at the same time. Part of my role is keep the flight plans up to date which is very important for both the airline and the airport in order to keep the operation running smoothly.
