  Assist with the interview process utilizing the proper tools and training given •Manage store’s staffing needs by establishing personnel schedule and ensuring proper coverage; includes backfilling shifts for sales reps when necessary •Work collaboratively with the District Manager to manage monthly program changes, adjust schedules, and team expectations •Lead and facilitate team meetings and 1-1 meetings; ensure all training and current promotions are cascaded and utilized by sales reps •Ensure team knows and follows all program and operational policies and procedures •Coach and mentor the performance and development of sales reps daily; provide feedback to District Manager to support employee performance •Engage and qualify consumers for fiber optic services and ask for/close the sale when they are eligible.
