I had the pleasure of working with Les Altenberg for several years at Mace International, a Nasdaq-listed company. His approach in analyzing situations and then developing a growth strategy is very straight forward and logical. While working as our marketing consultant at Mace, Les successfully developed and executed the company's web and digital marketing strategy. The program was effective and led to an improvement in customer retention and an increase in sales. As a result, Mace continued to hire Les for additional advertising, marketing and public relations projects. I highly recommend Les Altenberg for his expert knowledge and in-depth marketing ability. I left Mace in 2009, and Les and I still have a strong business relationship. We continue to have strategy meetings to discuss new and traditional marketing solutions to better help both of our clients.
