Deliverables: Grow OT caseload through patient identification and internal marketing at a 50 bed acute care hospital. Provide individualized patient-centered care through evaluations, treatment and discharge planning. Results: Grew OT caseload exponentially from evaluations only 1-2x/week to an average caseload of 10 patients per day with an average of 3 evaluations per day.
