Les is a very talented individual who has the ability to connect with his students and lead them to greater achievements. More than that Les is a very committed person who has gone above and beyond what Intercambio asked for and has helped Intercambio create some wonderful partnerships.

This letter of recommendation is for the benefit of Les Wright, who has been a volunteer teacher with Intercambio since February 2010. As a volunteer, Les teaches English weekly to adult immigrants. His students always shared incredibly positive feedback about his teaching style and the rapport they established with each other. He developed extremely creative, real-life lessons for his classes to ensure full engagement from his students. Les is organized, reliable and dedicated the time necessary to develop creative and effective lesson plans. I strongly believe that his dedication, extremely friendly personality, passion for teaching English and enthusiasm will allow him to succeed in any teaching opportunities in the future.
