I've worked with Les several times over the last few years, most recently at Apotheosys where he handled all technical contact with customers from the initial demo to ongoing support and consultancy. He's extremely knowledgeable and very highly skilled in test automation in particular, but thoroughly competent in most other areas of telecom/software testing too. He's resourceful, hard-working and very professional, and more than capable of dealing with whatever a customer engagement might throw at him. He was a pleasure to work with and I would do so again if the opportunity arose.
