I have had the pleasure of working with Les for the last four years in his capacity as Executive Director of ARA. Les has a tremendous understanding of the repossession industry at all levels and has been a tireless advocate for his members in the ARA. During his tenure, the ARA prospered and grew to become a dynamic and progressive association. As with all types of change, Les met resistance, but did an exceptional job in balancing the goal of the association (and industry as a whole) with the sometimes conflicting goals of individual members. Les is a true visionary and the repossession industry has been fortunate to have such advocate.

Les had been a friend and colleague for many years. Since becoming Executive Director, Les has moved ARA into the 21st Century. He has kept ARA on the leading edge of technology. An expert speaker in the field of Loss Recovery and Finance Adjusting. A true leader and valued friend.
