Responsible for complex data analysis and intricate mapping of Falkland Island Shadow Posts, through engagement of 60 stakeholders resulted in a Defence saving of over £7m, and a recommendation on strategic manpower imbalances.- Delivering a timely and assured product for the Secretary of State for Defence on a question of independence within the Scottish Referendum.- Acting upon the intent of the Head of Personnel, I delivered a holistic approach to prioritisation management and identified key strategic areas for Priority 1 and 2 status.
