Working on Vertical Construction projects mainly in Central Texas and in Eugene Oregon for our main client, the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) ranging from $4M to $2M projects including Motor Pool Renovation and Backup power generation, Being utilized as a Quality Control Manager but am heavily involved in project safety for multiple projects as the SSHO. I produce and maintain timely and effective weekly schedules for internal use and client submittal. Develop and Maintain timely and effective change management processes, Request for Information Documents, Change Order Requests, etc. Maintain timely and effective internal document control management. Managed groups of sub-contractors & Design Engineers ensuring compliance with contracts, adherence to budgets and schedules and in accordance with the highest quality standards Supervise both employees and contractors, for several Federal Design Build & Bid Build projects ranging from $ 2M - $4M Reviewed and worked closely with suppliers to assure schedules were met and quality was maintained.
