I first met Lerisa over 6 years ago when she started working with PVI as an Administration Assistant. The first thing that stands out about Lerisa is her constantly cheerful, sunny disposition which remains whether she is communicating with clients or colleagues and is very infectious. Alongside her cheerfulness, Lerisa is polite, professional and offers outstanding levels of customer service, she is a popular and respected member of the team. Lerisa responds well to feedback and she made my role as her line manager very easy. Lerisa started working in the maritime security side of the business building her knowledge of the industry and the customers and making the role her own. Lerisa has now moved to work within the Cyber side of the business and I have been nothing but impressed with the way she has risen to the challenge of learning about a new sector and working to new processes. Long may this continue, I hope to see Lerisa develop further in her role and within PGI.

I have worked both alongside and managed Lerisa for close to 6 years now. In those years, I’ve see her surpass in her level of customer service as well as grasp and adapt in new roles and industries. Lerisa’s learnt technical knowledge and understanding has been critical to the adaption and progress of the Sales Operations team.
