Primary contact for all stakeholders for the implementation of the Postiive Start Program for Victoria. https://www.vic.gov.au/positive-start-camps-and-experiences Thrown in the deep end, I was pivotal in administering a project given by the department of education, truly ‘building the plane as it flies’. Responsible for the design of internal processes and systems, integrity of data and key reporting requirements to the department for the ACA (Australian Camps Association), the learnings from this last program have been exponential and thoroughly rewarding. As the first point of contact for data and clients, I have been praised for my capacity to build relationships for the program to work effectively. I am proud of the work I did and the success of the project that comes to an end on June 30. We have been chosen as one of three peak bodies to administer the pilot program. Our objective is to get 81,200 children to school and holiday camps. Given the challenges of Covid and now the Time in Lieu issues facing the schooling system in Victoria, this funding is icredibly valuable to the camps and venues industry. In a small team of four, I support camp providers to navigate the program, collect, monitor and report on the data for the programs success, and answer any queries from the providers, parents and teachers acress the state, as well as liaising directly with the department for any ad hoc information. A dynamic role to say the least, we are building the plane in flight, like all projects! In November last year, we were proud to announce that the program had acheived its desired number of bookings for the program, with over 30,000 bookings being taken for 2023. It's exciting to see the feedback we've been receiving. The delight from pictures of children all over the state having a blast getting out of the classroom and in to the bush/sea/mountains. It's been a pleasure being a part of such a worthwhile program and supporting such an important industry. Show less

*Contracted to the Project Management team for a world leader in niche manufacturing market of technical assets across multiple projects worth tens of millions of dollars. I managed multi-disciplinary teams to achieve aggressive timelines on projects that combined the cutting edge of both creative arts and technological possibilities. The fast-paced day to day of the projects made it critical for me to communicate with diverse stakeholders and bring the right people and resources to bear to meet critical project milestones. I was proud to excel in reaching a balance of ambitious schedules, evolving creative visions, and fostering an environment where team members could thrive. Unfortunately, with the onset of covid, the international shipping of the project asset was delayed, and with no work for us to complete, I was released from my contract to do more volunteering. CTC were forced to shed nearly half their staff due to the challenges the pandemic placed on the industry. • Motivate and lead team members, developing skills and promote teamwork and collaboration whilst instilling a sense of urgency and driving debate around key issues and risk - keeping big picture and long-term targets in mind. • Coordination of external vendors and multidisciplinary teams across varying departments including engineering, arts, fabrication, IT, AV, leadership and project management. Troubleshooting and problem-solving complex issues on the fly. • Establish and ensure project management discipline, overseeing operational framework for managing outsourced services, resources and vendors, workplace safety, reviewing contractual obligations and service standards and implementing protocols for accurate reporting.
