As Leonor's manager for almost 3 years, I've had the opportunity to witness her exceptional work ethic, attention to detail and unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality results. She played a vital role in our team, not only consistently handling a significant workload with precision and efficiency but also in supporting her colleagues (and managers!), always willing to lend a hand and share her expertise. Leonor is a rare find. Most workers don't care; for many people, a job is "just a job", especially in a corporate setting. Most people do their jobs, sometimes competently, but they go about their work floating along the daily motions. Not Leonor. What I found most refreshing about her (besides her sense of humour and love of puns) is that she cares. She *actually cares* about the quality of her work, the success of the team and the impact of metrics and results in daily operations. She's not the kind of person that finds it easy to ignore when something goes wrong or if the team is not reaching for the sky; she puts the effort in, she relays information effectively and voices her concerns in such a way, that you feel compelled to spring into action and tackle whatever needs to be tackled. I worked as a trainer alongside Leonor, who was a Quality Analyst for German language markets and she quickly assumed the role of POC (point of contact) between the Training team and the QA team. Communication was effective, clear, easy and she very quickly identified the pain points and improvement opportunities for us to work upon. All in all, I highly recommend her as an asset for every team. She is tremendously reliable. If you need someone to get the job done, and someone who cares and is proud of her work, Leonor is the person you want.
