  I was responsible for the Helpline, Development Services for bespoke/customer facing work, Application and Technical Consultants. I managed the evolving and demanding schedule which encompassed all customer requirements for Development, Application and Technical Consultancy. This also included any projects that were required; implementation of new hardware, software upgrades, bespoke requirements, existing customer new business e.g. acquisitions. I was also included as a resource in Development, Application and Technical requirements and working on projects/implementations gathering requirements, project management, development, testing and implementations.

  I was in the Customer Bespoke team and reponsible for any projects that were required.This ranged from simple reports that the customers required to more complex requirements. This started in the Financial and Order Processing systems but also included Warehousing and Ecommerce systems.I upgraded most of the customers during 2002 - 2005 to the latest version of the software and this included upgrading their bespoke as well as standard product for both programs and database. This included multiple site visits and travel around the UK and Ireland.I was involved in requirements gathering/analysis, project management, documentation, development, testing and implementation of small and larger projects.
