Leon has undertaken a major piece of global change for me directly affecting all organisational users. His approach to a number of challenges, including organisational, geographic, technological and general problem solving have been second to none and I would not hesitate to fully recommend him. Technologies that Leon helped deploy involved Azure AD, Win 10, General Hardware refresh and many others. I sincerely hope that I get to work with Leon again in the future as he has bags of positivity and a "can do" mentality that translates into great outcomes.

I worked with Leon on a large complex deployment of Windows 10 Computers to an Acute NHS Trust in London. Leon was a focused and quality project manager who drove the testing, remediating and deploying of over 700 applications. Leon went onto manage the end deployments of in excess of 10,000 devices into a busy hospital environment dealing with the many stakeholders to successfully upgrade their devices and minimising operational impact. I would never hesitate to work with Leon as part of a team in a complex environment.

      Delivered a UK & Ireland wide Wireless Network Refresh project (circa £600k) for a large Gas supplier. We were to replace, configure and test approx. 350 Internal and External Wireless Access Points and associated hardware components (Such as additional Antennae) as well as lay new cabling and provide new WAP’s where necessary across 100 sites in the UK. Reduced the number of Independent Wireless LAN controllers (WLC’s) across the estate to a centralised one at head office. Introduced a network failover back up Wireless LAN Controller also.This was logistically challenging as the WAP’s needed to be installed in high risk areas of height so organisation of MEWP’s was required as well as the provision of RAMS (Risk Assessment Method Statements) H & S documents for pre-approval prior to work taking place at each site.Successfully delivered a second project for the same customer. A Windows 10 Refresh across four main sites, approx 1100 devices with an aggressive timeframe for completion. Managed multiple teams in parallel to achieve a positive outcome.Managed & coordinated multiple engineering teams and off shore remote support teams. Liaised with 3rd party suppliers, negotiating costs and delivery time frames whilst adhering to customer change processes.Full budgetary control and management of both projects and the multiple work streams to conclusion.       Professional Services Contract Project Manager successfully delivered 2 core work streams of a large scale Windows 10 Transformation Programme for Flagship SCC Customer.For the first 6 months Project Managed the Applications Work stream. There were a number of key changes that I identified and implemented to align the work stream to the programme expectations for quality and time frame. This required additional teams such as a Discovery Team and a UAT team which were not in place when I started. The work stream needed strong direction and coordination internally and to external teams and the the end user base to deliver the required Quality output. KPI's were developed and implemented for project tracking and MI reporting. Part of the Programme board, reporting to the Executive on a monthly basis on progress, contributing information slides to the Programme Information packs. The eventual number of applications certified for Windows 10 were over 700 (originally a list of 1500). Handed over to customer BAU at 90% completion and thanked by the CTO for the effort that the teams and I put in to make the project successful.SCC requested that I transition over to the Hardware Deployment work stream and manage this to closure, which I did successfully.Delivered approx 10,000 devices across multiple sites in a complex environment with an aggressive time frame. Control of large team of Project Coordinators, Team Leads and Engineers across Day and Night rollout schedules.Responsible for all aspects of deployment and tracking (for acceptance to rental sign off) of £10m worth of Hardware to customer.Customer and SCC very happy with the successful outcome of the project.
