  Business Manager/ Director of OperationsThis position is responsible for the general operation and management of the Office including financial and human resources and serves as senior aide to the Pastor and provides support to the Ministry Staff. Administration & Management:• Manages and monitors the day to day business operations• Manages and maintains all IT related services for the Parish • Collaborates with the Diocese to ensure appropriate training and general support for the Parish staff• Responsible for all Human Resources and related duties• Manage and execute all other tasks and projects as delegated by the Pastor• Ex-officio member of Parish and Finance Council as well as other ad hoc committees• Coordinates Staff Meetings• Participates at the Diocesan level business manager events• Supervise scheduling of all parish and school facilities• Supervises Safe Environment• Attends to all other administrative and operational matters as delegated by the Pastor Financial:• Manages the financial processes of the parish including payroll, banking, tithes, taxes, and general financial records• Prepares Parish Budget in conjunction with the Pastor and Finance Council • Prepares and publishes monthly financial statements • Prepares and publishes regular financial updates to parishioners • Arranges and supervises volunteers for counting of weekly collections• Manages parish and diocesan related fundraising events• Prepares and reviews annual financial reports for the diocese
