I had the pleasure of working side by side with Leonardo twice in my career and he never disappoints. As a CSM Leonardo showed superb organizational and management skills. He was a key contributor to the sales team, and he can clearly communicate customer needs back to leadership and engineering/development teams. This is crucial in order for internal process to improve and for us to better support customers. His strong technical background and his extensive experience with time series data is a valuable skill that is unmatched in the industry.
