Oversee the recruitment of candidates for the social venture in partnership with the One Stop Career Center, and local career programs. Coordinate the technical training sessions with facilitators. Initiates and maintains ongoing personal contacts with a variety of business and industry representatives and job placement/training agencies to promote programs for participant placement. Explains the benefits and employment support services provided by programs to employers, including addressing employer’s special needs; researches Internet, newspapers, agencies, and other resources for job leads; locates jobs for participants who have successfully completed Work Certification Training. Implement the work readiness certification activities by engaging agencies serving diverse populations (e.g. veterans, immigrants, elderly, new high school graduates, etc.). Co-locate the job readiness services at the Community Resource Center at the Carver Center.

Implemented and maintained all the health center office policies and procedures. Responsible for the scheduling of youth patients as well as volunteers as I was the 1st male employee hired and as per this former employer working towards the goal of increasing their male/female client ratio as in this position and for reason hired along with the fact of the organizational goal objective as a whole, I was success in making sure to attain the organizational goal of increasing their male client base. While in this position also, I assisted their staff members and managed order supplies within the budget guidelines. I also worked as a liaison as I provided statistics and reports to the clinic and to the Director of funding to make sure that the organizational goal stance request needs are met.
