We collaborated together on a multi faceted, process re-engineering and functional design blueprinting project for global beer manufacturer with extensive operations in Brazil. Leonardo was extremely effective in both building client relationships, and in developing design recommendations that met both current and future business needs. He was very diligent in maintaining program timing objectives, especially given the client's schedules, which were prone to have other priorities, given day to day business issues.
