Leonardo is a senior executive with a broad knowledge about the 5Ps of Marketing and a keen strategic mind. With his strong hand, Leo implemented a new pricing policy into Leroy Merlin Brazil applying data and algorithms powered by Revionics to define the right positioning. Going beyond the scope of his role, Leo piloted a major shift on the IT delivery model where LM migrated from a departamental structure into a capability based model. In both occasions, Leonardo showed his political acumen and people management skills. I strongly recommend Leonardo, and even more for tough roles where a combination of strategy and politics are needed.
