It has been my pleasure working with a person as talented as Leonard. He is a visionary and has steered Arscentia with his admirable leadership qualities and knowledge. He watches the P&L numbers like a hawk and is spot on at all times without even having to look at the bottom line. He does'nt need a computer or a calculator to get his figures right, he says "I just know it, it all in my head". He has been an empathetic mentor to the entire team at Arscentia.

It is my pleasure to highly recommend Leonard Lutes in several ways. During the beginning of our relationship my Company was considering offering a dealership to Van Dyk Business Systems. Originally for various reasons we determined that the match would not be beneficial to my company. Leonard immediately requested that we get together to discuss this obvious oversight on our part. Leonard prepared a magnificent presentation which he presented at our National Headquarters to our top management team. After an hour or so we determined that Leonard had throughly presented his point in such a strong way that the original decision was rescinded and the dealership offered. This was almost unprecedented in our company. Leonard is a very detailed manager who is always in possession of the facts and ready to professionally present them at a moments notice. Promptness is Leonard's middle name. If you have an appointment with him at 0830 he is ready to go and you should be as well.
